QuestionDoes this TV have the Smart Hub feature? I purchased a Samsung Smart TV without the Smart Hub and it did not get all of the channels for Hulu. Just checking beforehand. Thanks

QuestionI don’t know what is Roku and so on, Can I connect this TV directly to Wifi router or modem to use it as a PC screen? For instance, browse google chrome, youtube, facebook, instagram app, search and watch movies online wo Roku and/or such unknown staff?

- Answer Yes, you can connect it to Wifi as it is a smart TV. It has all your mention apps available. You do not need to use Roku. You can even stream video from your CPU to the TV.

QuestionCan additional apps easily be installed on this TV? I just read a review for a similar TV and there was a complaint that it wasn't possible to install Spotify etc.? I need to know if adding other apps is possible and which ones are standard. Thx

- Answer Yes, but... be careful. It is very easy to overload the on-board memory with apps. That causes the TV to frequently crash. Only load the ones you actually use. If you load any to test, dump them ASAP after you're done. If you have the TV on auto-update beware, some apps (hello, Samsung HULU!) will crash the TV with their updates and the app will have to be removed from the app center and reinstalled.

QuestionDoes this TV have problems with freezing on this model? or turning itself on? is it cable compatabile with my cable service? Is this is a great crisp clear picture better than the newer model. I need to be able to stream but dont need blue tooth.

- Answer This tv has not given me problems freezing or turning on after 10 months of use. The picture is great and crisp, newer models that are also 4K will give the dam what quality unless you go for the curved or anything extra like that. For 4K this runs amazing. This can stream it has apps available for download such a simple YouTube Netflix etc and connects to WiFi just fine. Unable to answer cable service question as I don’t use cable.

- Answer I have not sure about the Bluetooth but definitely work with the hdmi cable, optic cable, and regular aux cable

- Answer Use your phone camera. Sneak it back by the serial number and take a pic. It might take several tries, but I’m sure you can figure it out. After all, you can fly an invisible jet....

- Answer No you do not need any type of streaming player to stream Hulu. The app is pre loaded on the set along with Netflix and many others. As far as the xfinity app is concerned, to my knowledge you can only access content from that app if you subscribe to Comcast services.

- Answer I bought this because the spec sheet said it had dual band capability. I had called Samsung customer service who said it did not but I decided to believe the spec sheet. The TV could only see my 2.4 ghz network and was blind to to the 5 ghz wifi network. I am bummed and returning it.

QuestionMy son has a ps4 not a pro. Does this tv upscale the content / image quality to 4k even though the came console only produces 1080p? New to all this & trying to make a decision / upgrade his tv... Also trying to decide between the the 6900 vc 7100....

- Answer The display is native 4K so it will upscale 1080p to 4K this is not without some sacrifices of course
