A:Answer Easy solution, I have a samsung smart tv as well. If I had my tv at 55 or 65 it’ll be TOOOOOO LOUD. To get better audio follow these simply instructions. On your remote press MENU, scroll down to SOUND, across down to SOUND EFFECT, click on EQUALIZER, there you’ll see Balance, 100HZ, 300Hz as so forth. Keep the balance in the middle of course. And the rest (100,300,1K,3k,10k HZ) make them go all the way MAX. And from there you’ll see a difference in your volume. I did this and going up to volume 10 is even loud. Hope this works for you.
