Q: QuestionI just purchased this tv and after setting it up I have noticed the the top of the tv has a slight curve on the top when I look across the top. Is this normal? I’m starting to think that I need to return it. Any advice would help.

• A:Answer All American specific TVs work on a 120 V basis. I purchased this in a Best Buy in the USA therefore it is 120 V. I am not aware if there is a version for other countries with a different power adapter built in.

• A:Answer You should use a 4K Fire HD or Roku Ultra instead of the native apps if they aren't playing at high enough quality or you encounter skipping. You can use one, but you'll be missing out. The native apps are better than using a fire stick.
