QuestionHow do I season the griddle in the middle. It has rubber feet so I don't want to put it in the oven like I would other cast iron pans.

- Answer I don't know if you have to season it. I made french toast and all I did was put oil on it. They didn't stick.

QuestionI have a normal 1/2 inch gas line ( LP) but it seems the conversion of the connector for the stove is 5/16 inch female. Is there an adaptor for the 1/2 gas line to the LP male adaptor for this stove?

- Answer Yes but you have to match it up at a hardware store or but the new gas line that has 2 different fittings that’s included
