QuestionHow is this model with not getting that musty smell in your clothes that seem to plague most front load washers?

- Answer Ive only had this model a couple weeks but I had the prior model for a number of years (before Ida flooded me and destroyed it)…never had an issue with musty smell…loved the washer. Time will tell if this new model is as good but no reason to think it isn’t from my view.

QuestionOther than the control panel, what other innovations this new iteration of the flex washer and dryer have?

- Answer Based on the link to the manual provided, the “new” flex washer and dryer models appear to be the same mechanical and feature specs as the prior models, the only change I can see is the menu interface. No real new functional or performance improvements. The smart things is the same as before. I was hoping they would improve the soap dispensing to auto (still an awkward rubber pebble for the top washer and cheap plastic holder for top dryer towel)

QuestionThis set does not have reversible doors and I need to put the washer to the right of the dryer so the doors will impede taking the clothes and putting them in the dryer. They will be in the way. How come the doors can't be reversed? Thanks
