Smart Freestanding Gas Range with Flex Duo™, Stainless Cooktop & Air Fry - Stainless steel. The oven vents through openings. The vents (air openings) are located at the rear of the range and the at the and bottom of the door. The vents allow for air circulation which is necessary for the range to operate properly with correct combustion. Blocking or covering the vents may cause incorrect combustion which could result in gas leaks and fire. I have shared the user manual link below. QuestionRegarding the propane conversion kit being included or not. I've seen to questions presented here and have seen replies from Samsung that contradict each other. One says yes its included the other says no. Any idea who's right? TIA

- Answer Let's go ahead and help you with your oven door, Arthur. For you to fully open the oven door, here are the steps: 1. Hold the lever-less area of the handle, and then pull. 2. This will open the whole door. Please see page 21 under the "How to use the full door" section of the manual for more details. QuestionThe right front power burner is great for getting large pots to a fast boil but when turned down to its lowest it is still too high a heat to then simmer. Is there a way fix this?? I can’t even use my fry pan on this burner because the heat is too high.
