  • QuestionI had this installed by Geek Squad. The large burner on the right never brings water to a boil. It constantly shuts off and back on, never bringing the temperature high enough to boil water. I've tried larger pots that cover the entire surface.

  • Questionthe team that set up the range put the oven on at 350 degrees for 2 hours. the smell was unbearable and I imagine not healthy to breath it in even with windows all open and fans all on. Hopefully when I go to cook in there that smell will be gone.

These occur when any of the buttons on the control panel are pressed, when the oven has reached the set temperature, and when a timer has ended.
