Q: QuestionDoes the cook top surface have a built up edge to catch drips if something overflows? Or is the cooktop flat all the way to the edges, meaning the liquid would just spill right over the edge with nothing to catch it or contain it? Hope that makes sense..

Q: QuestionCan I use any griddle on top of this electric stove top or is there something else about this that I'm missing? If the griddle is removed, is the Cooktop a regular 4 burner top?

• A:Answer The griddle can be removed to use the two left burners. The griddle is sized to fit properly on the two burners and the area between the burners can also be heated. It is not recommended to use a different griddle
