• A:Answer So im going to leave this answer here for anyone that may be browsing this question... Convection+ vs convection: The difference is Convection+ has a heating element in the fan itself. This allows the heat to circulate more evenly. There's a super helpful video on best buy that you should watch. It explains each model and the differences between them.

Q: QuestionIs it normal for the burners on the left (griddle side burners)to cycle on and off when they are turned to high? A large pot of water won't come to a boil and it t takes about 15 minutes to heat up when I used the griddle because it is cycling on and off.

The oven vent is located above the right rear surface unit. This area could become hot during oven use. Never block this vent or place plastic or heat-sensitive items on it.
