Yes, when delivered, they will (or should) do set-up. They plugged mine in and left. THEN I found out I needed an app to set the time on the range. Finally found the right app but still could not get it loaded. So went back to my salesman and they sent the delivery guys or the geek squad out and together we figured it out.
But stove and oven both work fine without the clock ... except the timer won't work without it. But I like having the clock and timer available to me.
