QuestionIs the depth measurement from the back of the stove to the oven handle? My current range is 25” deep but the handle extends 3” more. Want to be sure this one will fit.

QuestionHow do you set to rapid boil?

- Answer Hello Dawaface, the left front burner is the rapid boil burner. Fast Boil is a special burner on electric ranges where the burner is larger and hotter. This means it can boil water faster than a smaller burner can. We thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Lena

QuestionDo you delivery set up and haul away old

- Answer It will haul away if you ask. Tell the salesman so he/she can put that on the delivery instructions. Yes, when delivered, they will (or should) do set-up. They plugged mine in and left. THEN I found out I needed an app to set the time on the range. Finally found the right app but still could not get it loaded. So went back to my salesman and they sent the delivery guys or the geek squad out and together we figured it out. But stove and oven both work fine without the clock ... except the timer won't work without it. But I like having the clock and timer available to me. Good luck.

QuestionCan you preheat the oven remotely? It says in one of the reviews that you have to be at the stove to press a button to begin the pre-heat? I was most excited about this feature as it would save time with cooking dinner.

QuestionSetting the clock and timer on my range is not working. Pressing the clock for 3 secs will only allow me to enter 2 numbers. Setting the timer does not work at all. Is there some way to reset the controls?

- Answer I'm not sure if this will help. Fortunately my wife has a Samsung phone that linked up to the Samsung Stove and she was able to set the clock on our stove by linking it up. It even asked if she wanted to set the clock with her phone.

QuestionAnyone else have this issue? We just bought this oven (literally 7 days ago) and the stovetop is already bubbling off or something! We take extremely great care of the entire stove, but regardless, it shouldn't have issues like this 7 days into using it.

QuestionI have had my range for 6 months and the glass top cracked while cooking. Has this happened to anyone else? Am I just out of a range or are there options? Someone posted on FB not to buy Samsung appliances and I did not heed the warning.
