- Answer 36 1/4 inches but this does have adjustable legs to go higher or a little lower if desired. There is an additional 1/8 inch ridge all around to catch fluids in case of a boilover...

QuestionI did not receive any directions on how to use the stove. Something as simple as turning on the oven -- it only heats to 175 and I just had it delivered yesterday.

QuestionJust bought the stove and today a partial white ring appeared after using a burner for cooking, the stove top was clean and pans are acceptable for the stovetops recommend cookware. Why did this happen, how can we remove it and is this common?

QuestionHow can the griddle be used securely? When I made cheese grills, the griddle slid a cross the stove top. I constantly had to reposition it over the burners.

- Answer There is no simple way to secure the position of the griddle in position due to the "smooth top". One good solution would be for the manufacturer to install magnets beneath the cooktop - but I don't know if they've even considered that. I have no helpful advice beyond that idea. Sorry.

QuestionHow does the griddle on the stovetop work? Can they be used as two separate burners and are they similar to the rapid boil burner or are they more for warming?

- Answer The burners can be used individually or together when you have the griddle on. The rapid boil is on the right side. This is where you would have a large pot or skillet. When I used the burners with the griddle, it took just a few minutes to heat up and they were ready to use. There is a warmer that is in the middle of the stove.

- Answer 21" x 29.5" The 21 dimension is front to back. There is a "lip" that is about 3/8 inches high around the edges all the way around so you do not want to exceed either diminsion or the cover will be sitting on that ridge around the cooktop.
