A:AnswerJust unplug the TV then wait at least 30 seconds and then plug the TV back in and hold the power button down for 20 seconds this clears the cache...Amazon Prime Video will now play whatever you want.
A:AnswerIs the problem that you are not getting the picture on your tv or your Spectrum cable remote will not change the tv channel? If it is the Spectrum remote, try a universal remote that operates the cable box and the tv (available at most stores). Most of the time you the tv input for the cable is set to one channel on the tv and you change the cable channel via the cable box. Here they like to scramble the signal so you have to use the box.
A:AnswerNot sure about the Cube, but I use the Fire Stick and it works great!! I haven’t even used the apps that come with the TV yet because I am always on my stick.
