“I bought tv I power on the tv and it says chose one but I try to choose with remote still it’s not moving”

Same thing happened to me last week. There are 2 buttons on the remote you have to press together for so many seconds and it pairs the remote to your tv. If you have the sleeve the remote came in it tells you on the outside of that. Hope this helps. I am not at he right now so I can't remember which buttons they were. Once you pair the remote to your tv it will start working the tv.
