I use it for my ps4 and ive had my gaming pc on it a few times for some couch gaming time. It has freesync and a high refresh rate plus it does native 4k and the upscaler is good if it is needed. Game mode drops lag down a little more than standard but I'd say an OLED is probably a little quicker. Overall ive had a good experience gaming on this and if you are using any console the freesync and hdr features are a nice bonus for better picture and frame times.

I have had a small amount of lag while playing songs but it is not constant. So far it is random and hasn't caused any serious problem. On this game it was easy to adapt to the lag except for first time it happened. Think if the PS 4 and the Rock Band were 4 K it would be fine. Appears to be right on the edge of the up scaling. The Rock Band looks great and easy to deal with the slight lag. Not able to run a 4 k game at this time. TV is great on 4 K programs from on line.
