“Having issues getting our picture to fit the screen. Everything is zoomed in. We tried adjusting it but when you go to settings and then picture the fit to screen is off and greyed out. Could it be our cable box we have Spectrum.”

I have Spectrum and do not have this problem. I'd get service on the TV if I were you, this doesn't sound right.
