Update: Had called both TotalTech membership number as well as Samsung. Samsung recommended a re-install of their software (super fast help by Samsung by the way. they remoted in, customer service was great) but problem didn't go away. I just bought a FireStick 4K from Amazon. By-passing Samsung apps. No one seemed to have a fix. Otherwise TV looks and sounds great. Just the software is terrible.
