QuestionI’m buying a q70t tv along with this sound bar . I imagine I can use hdmi to tv for sound and also configure the wireless to my network for Alexa at the same time correct?

- Answer Yes you can do this. You can actually avoid the cords and do virtually everything via Bluetooth

- Answer I have a Q900T soundbar and purchased the Samsung rear speaker kit SWA-9100S. The rear speaker volume was not that great so I decided to upgrade it’s sound level exponentially using a stronger amplifier. First thing is to purchase the Samsung rear speaker kit that is compatible with your model (not sure which kit is compatible with the Q9500T) + Pyle PCA2 home theatre amplifier for under $40+ RCA to stereo adaptor under $7. Secondly, You will connect the Samsung Amp to the Pyle PcA2 Amp via the RCA to stereo adaptor. Last but not least, connect the Samsung rear speakers to the Pyle PCA 2 using the speaker wires. Using this setup, it will increase your Samsung rear speaker volume tremendously! What’s great is that all of these items can be purchased at Best Buy. QuestionMy projector has HDMI1 and HDMI2 ports. We have the firestick in HDMI1 and the soundbar into HDMI2 on the projector from HDMI1 on the soundbar. We have NO sound. What are we doing wrong?

- Answer If your soundbar has an HDMI input and an arc output, I would put the firestick in the HDMI input and run a HDMI cable from the arc output to the projector. Unless the projector has an output port for the HDMI, then it won't send sound to the soundbar.

- Answer Pretty sure the firestick will not fit into the hdmi port on back of soundbar. You can plug it into your tv and run an hdmi from the arc connection on the soundbar to your tv to accomplish the same thing. If you’re out of hdmi ports on the tv maybe try a fire cube since it’s not a direct plug in like the firestick or even an hdmi extender cord may work with the stick.

- Answer I have the Samsung Q90 QLED TV and it also has adaptive sound function. I have them work together. It adapts to the surrounding sound of your room and adjust accordingly.

- Answer The woofer and soundbar are sold as a set. Exceptionally easy to hook up or pair the system. The pairing is automatic if you plug in the woofer first then the soundbar. So just follow the directions.

Questionhas anyone figured out a solution to the audio cutout with Atmos content and EARC? Known issue for many. TV is new Q90T so both products are Samsung and but there is this annoying sound cutting out randomly. So far only Atmos sources (Netflix)

- Answer I spent some time with Denon on this very issue. The fix oddly enough came from switching the cable around. Basically taking the end that is in the receiver and moving it to the TV, and flipping the TV end to the receiver. I've tried two Dolby Atmos movies since flipping the cable around and no issues. Who knew a bi-directional cable wasn't really bi-directional.

QuestionI purchased this sound bar with my Samsung QLED 90T specifically to avoid the dreaded EARC - Atmos sound cut outs that people are experiencing with other soundbars like Sonos Arc. Both Samsung so they should work. Wrong - sound cuts out. Any solutions?

- Answer I'm experiencing the same Problem. Also having a problem when i turn the Q90t tv on i get a message that says your audio device is connected to a port that does not support ARC. Please connect your device to the HDMI 3 (ARC) port. i have them connected to the right ports as per the directions from the manual.
