- Answer If you chose Best Buy delivery and installation (which should be free) they can also haul away your old washer/dryer or move it to another location in the house (on the same floor only) for $15 extra per appliance. So to haul away both your old washer and dryer you'd need to pay $30 extra.

- Answer I had to call the store and asked the same question a few weeks ago when I ordered this dryer. It came with the hose and everything, only had to buy the foil hose for exhaust

QuestionI just bought this brand new dryer. Steam kit as well. All connected and first time I put a laundry load to dry, it's taking over 2 hours and still not all my laundry is completely dry. Why??

- Answer Look at the dial options if you have it turned to far to the right it says STEAM ...you don't want that, This happened to me the first time as well. Then I really looked at all the words around the dial and noticed I had it on timed dry but in the STEAM area and that is why nothing got dryer :-) Hope this helped

- Answer it's at the very bottom about 10 inches from the right side. I provided a photo of the connection for our dryer to the vent. We went with flex tube (sold at Home Depot) over rigid kit supplied by Best Buy because we did not have enough rear clearance.

QuestionI already own this dryer but we are moving for a year into a place that wont have a water hookup can i still dry clothes as long as i don't use the steam function or does it have to be connected to water to even start?

- Answer Great question! You can still use most of the dryer functions without a water connection. However, any functions that use water, such as steam, will not work. ^Jecca

QuestionPerformance wise, what is the difference between a gas and an electric dryer? I have only ever used gas.

- Answer In my experience, the main differences between the two are: Gas dryers will dry more quickly than electric, the cost of using a gas dryer could be slightly cheaper throughout a month if used a at least 4 or so times, and a gas dryer is generally $100 or so more expensive than an electric. If given the option I would use gas throughout my house as i feel it is more efficient in all ways than electric (ie: cooking). Do not hesitate choosing the electric option as it still works wonders.

- Answer yes, steam hose kit is included. Power cord is not though. If your previous dryer's cord is good, just insist that installers use that and then return the mandatory cord that best Buy sold you.
