A:AnswerNope! You have to pay for the installation. I'm not sure of the voltage but it's basically the same as any other dryer so it shouldn't require special electrical wiring. The only extra item you have to install is the steam hose but I haven't installed that on my dryer yet so not sure how that works. You can still use it as usual without it except you won't be able to use the steam option.
