QuestionDoes the dryer come with a rack for drying shoes? My old Maytag had one which worked great instead of the tennis shoes thumping all around.

- Answer You can leave your shoes laces outside the dryer, with the body of your shoes left inside the dryer...shut the door and this trick helps prevent the shoes from banging around!

- Answer When installed you will have a "Y" connector placed on the cold water outlet. Then one hose is connected to the washer and the other is connected to the dryer.

QuestionCan you use the dryer without connecting the water line for the steam function? The hose that is included is not long enough to connect to my water supply - So i was wondering if i could still use the dryer (just not the steam function) without issues.

- Answer You can use the dryer without the steam line hooked up. When I had mine, I purchased a splitter and hooked it up that way.

QuestionAbout how many inches does the vent pipe add to the back of the unit with the semi rigid vent pipe attached? I'm putting this in a tight space and I'm worried there won't be enough room with the vent pipe attached. -thanks

- Answer Hi Me, the minimum clearances between the dryer and adjacent walls or other surfaces are: 2” in front, 17” on top, 1” on either side, and 5” in the back. ^Rosi

- Answer Nope! You have to pay for the installation. I'm not sure of the voltage but it's basically the same as any other dryer so it shouldn't require special electrical wiring. The only extra item you have to install is the steam hose but I haven't installed that on my dryer yet so not sure how that works. You can still use it as usual without it except you won't be able to use the steam option.
