• This could be a dryer sensor. Build up happens on this sensor inside the drum and needs to be cleaned bi-monthly. Check your manual on where the sensor is located and what can be done to clean it.

• So..a repair man had to come out and replace a $188 part in my brand new washer. He cited that the new washers can't handle large loads for the first few weeks. Thanks for warning people Samsung!
