A:AnswerYes I had the geek squad hang it on my wall.I couldn’t get it done when the tv was brought here because they didn’t tell me I had to purchase that product.I went to the manager and he corrected this error for me.
A:AnswerNot entirely sure but I have found that if you go to the settings menu, under ECO (?) settings, you will find an option to apply an eco mode to the brightness level which would dim the display greatly. I use this on occasion to limit the visibility of my display at night as I've got my tv placed near some ground-level windows. Maybe someone put yours on this setting?
