It has to do with the refresh rate, the higher the refresh the better the Quality of the picture. When buying a tv today you want a 120 refresh rate plus a motion rate of 240. If it doesn't have it it is a cheaper price tv. If that all you can afford than that ok. If not go for the new 9000 series the picture is awesome on the new 2020 tv. and has a refresh rate of 120 and a motion rate of 240 with prevent a blur when picture changes screen.
