- Answer This is actually not on the recall list? I searched the model number and everything and this specific model is not on recall. So, maybe it just looks like your washer that is recalled but they have updated it to a newer and fixed model.

QuestionDoes the active wash basket get in the way when loading a regular load? Does it stay up on its own or have to be held up? Thanks

- Answer Wash basket does not get in the way when loading clothes but you might hit your head when taking clothes out of machine. Once you get used to it you can avoid hitting your head. Basket clicks into place onto the lid so you do not have to hold it up.

- Answer Honestly, I have never looked inside after I start the washer. I do know that it's High Efficiency which means it uses less water than traditional machines, but enough that all the clothes are damp when they come out of the washer. This is my second HE machine by Samsung and I've loved them both.

- Answer No, the rinse & spin cycle on this model is amazing. It takes my items less the time than usual to dry. In my opinion, it's one of the best features.
