- Answer DO NOT BUY IT! You cannot adjust the water levels. Read my review. It is a horrible machine with bad engineering and takes forever because it is off balance constantly. It also ties everything in knots. You'll hate it.

- Answer Yes you can. We do all the time and it works just fine. I would use a lower spin setting for the rugs' sake.

- Answer Yes, it can be removed. I just purchased this at the store today and had the sales rep show me how it can be removed. You need to push the two plastic pins out that secure the tray for it to come loose. I don't think it is meant be removed and put back constantly (as it wasn't easy to do), but it can at least be done. The newer models (such as those with the flat top (no raised controls) have ones that are not removable.

QuestionI just got this washer not even 2wewks old my question is why is this machine so loud? It makes a gear grinding sound and when it drains and is just so loud over all ? Am I the only one who notices this? Old Samsung was not loud like this one !

- Answer If you flip down the sink in this model, it can't break the detergent dispenser like in the last model. The knobs look different, too. Other than that, I don't see any noticeable difference.

QuestionDoes the stated rebate amount include new hoses, installation and take away? Or is the rebate for the price of the unit only? The website says they will give you free delivery and installation. Who pays the new tax? Me? The washer is only 5 months old.

- Answer The hoses are included as well as delivery, installation and take away. Since your washer is only 5 months old they will give you a substantial rebate. I had mine a year and four months and I got $467 back because I bought another Samsung. You can find all of the info on line.

- Answer I bought mine the day the official recall was made. The day before mine was delivered I was told they had delivered 8 of them. I believe they just ran out because of the demand.

- Answer this model number can be selected from the models under the recall, however the serial number is what determines if yours IS or IS NOT under the recall. no way to know until you get one delivered and know the serial number. you can check with BB but when i called last night, they guy stated that the ones under the recall are not for sale through BB anymore.
