The hoses are included as well as delivery, installation and take away. Since your washer is only 5 months old they will give you a substantial rebate. I had mine a year and four months and I got $467 back because I bought another Samsung. You can find all of the info on line.

I had to talk with the bestbuy associate regarding the hoses because mine was as well 4 months old, they give the delivery free since the value is above the specific threshold for giving free delivery, installation is free if you buy the hoses, they wanted me to pay for them but they agreed to give them for free. The only thing I had to pay was the tax at the end of the day.

They will "give you free delivery and install " but Best Buy offered that anyway. Best Buy did charge I think 14.99 to haul the old one away and Samsung is supposed to refund you for that too but that is the only extra expense they cover outside of the rebate amount they gave you. For instance, our machine was less than 3 years old - they gave us $445 IF we purchased another samsung or it would have been $335 for another brand. Hopefully since your washers is only 5 months old you will get more of a rebate. It's kind of like a car and it depreciates when you take it off the lot :(
