Q: QuestionIs the White offered the New White or the White (2021)?

• A:Answer The white offered is white glass. It is not the typical plastic finish. You must select the option for white glass when adding to cart. This refrigerator series front panels are customizable and you must make sure you select your finish when adding to the cart. To be certain once you select the finish, scroll down to specifications and make sure it says, “yes” next to panels included. The refrigerator arrived with the white glass already installed. I definitely recommend the white glass. It looks sleek and modern and brightens up the room and is easier to keep clean compared to stainless.

Q: QuestionOkay, I’m confused. Does this refrigerator come with the Green and orange panels. I just ordered and I spoke with two people who said yes. Please confirm as I don’t want to wait two months for no panels.

• A:Answer On your Orders page it will state specifically which panels it is shipping with. On a side note be sure to go to Samsung's website to register for free replacement panels. They will let you pick out one new panel for every door and a free suction cup to remove them.

• A:Answer The custom panel ready refrigerator does NOT come with any panels i.e. No stainless steel panels. You have to purchase them separately.. They are estimated at about $150 per panel according to the sales person. Hence the difference in cost with the ones with the panel. I have yet been able to find where to buy them on the Samsung website

Q: QuestionIs the Stainless Steel version actually fingerprint resistant? It isn't called ":Fingerprint Resistant Stainless" as on some other Samsung products. But when I dig deep on the Samsung site, it says that it is. But I don't trust that website!

When the meat/fish FlexZone mode is selected, it will continue to keep the meat and fish frozen since this mode will set and maintain a temperature of 30 °F (Freezing point of water). In addition to the FlexZone mode, you can select Soft Freeze mode. You can use this mode to keep meat and fish fresh for an extended time. The temperature sets to 23 °F in this mode. • A:Answer I love this fridge. Is the water line securely connected to the supply line from the house? Once it is connected, find the shut-off for the supply line from the house and turn it on (it would be turned off while fridge is being installed). If you don't have a supply line from the house to the fridge, you may need a plumber to install one. My refrigerator was installed by Total Tech professionals, but there didn't appear to be anything unusual about connecting the water line.
