QuestionDoes anyone know the BEST setting to get fastest drying? I feel like it is always trying to save energy and will not dry quickly. We do multiple loads of bedsheets and light blankets and need to dry as fast as possible regardless of energy use. TIA

QuestionSo is this a 120 volt or 220 volt? Description says 120 but someone else posted that it is a 220v. Trying to figure out what type of cord this dryer needs.

- Answer Hi JL, We wish to clarify the voltage this Samsung dryer model needs as well as the recommended power cord. The power requirements of this dryer model are listed below. Voltage: 240V Frequency: 60Hz Ampere: 30 Amps It is recommended to use a power supply cord kit marked for use with a dryer that is U.L listed and rated at a minimum of 240 volts, 30-amperes with three No. 10 copper wire conductors terminated with closed-loop terminals, open-end spade lugs with turned-up ends, or with tinned leads. Do not reuse a power supply cord from an old dryer. The power cord electric supply wiring must be supported at the dryer cabinet by a suitable UL-listed strain relief. Leo

- Answer Driers are 220v not 120v for this model. You’ll need a four prong or three prong cord depending on your hookup. These are standard installation parts.

QuestionWhere can I download the service manual? I need to install the side vent and it says to refer to the service manual in the instructions, but not where to find it. I'm also missing the y-connector and water hose, so need to find where I can order those.
