“What to do to keep the doors aligned My right top door is not staying aligned with the left door. We inserted the 2.5mm ring that came with it but, still it is not staying aligned. The delivery guy added the second ring but after two days it came out. Any clue?”

Call best buy, and have them set up a specialist to come out and fix it up. Let them do the work, stand back. Inspect upon completion. If it is still not right, have them return it and bring out a new one. For this money, you need to have it done right, and you shouldn't be the one doing it.
