• Currently, Blu-ray is the only format that can handle 3D movies and you would need to 3D Blu-ray player in order to play those movies.

• From the available information, none of the Samsung DVD players will support 3D Playback. That said, only the select Samsung Blu-Ray players will support 3D playback. Please take a look at the Samsung 3D Blu-Ray Players on BestBuy.com for more information. -MrSamsung
