• It should as long as you have those little yellow red and white cord, and connectors on tv itself.

• Your TV will need component cable (RED BLUE GREEN) input for video or HDMI input for video and audio. I wouldnt waste my money on this product though considering all flat screens already upconvert dvds to the best they will look automatically, or any bluray player does it as well.
