• Because you probably bought one that was refurbished. My advice. go back spend the extra two dollars ot what ever amount you would have paid if you bought it new and ge the new one. Trust me, when you buy refurbished products, you get what you pay for.

• A remote would be included in the box. If one was not, please contact your retailer and see if they can assist. If it was an open-box unit, then it may have been sold without one. But your retailer should be able to assist you. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. Mr.Samsung
