• There is a way to print to other printers besides a samsung printer. Samsung is the default setting but we print to a Canon Selphy using an Air Print app. As long as the HP Printer can be seen by Air Print I'm sure it can be done with an app from the Google Play Store.

• Yes, this product can be connected to a PC and the images can then be printed on whichever model printer is connected.
