- Answer That depends on a couple of other things. The flash drive has to be formatted so that the Tab A can read it (that means Fat32, or exFat, but NOT formatted in NTFS). And the movies must be in a format that your device, and the movie playing app on your device, can read.

QuestionWill this send and print files from my galaxy s2 to my old hp photosmart plus printerI have to use a USB to send stuff from my laptop to this above printer, and I'm wondering if this adapter will work the same way from my Samsung Galaxy tablet s2 to the printer . I don't know why I can't send documents from my laptop to my printer but I can't . As you can see, I know anything about this stuff...lol. Thanks for any information you can give me.

- Answer It says that it works with the S series phones. you can transfer files from the thumb drive to the phone and back. I use it to add files and pictures to my galaxy view.

QuestionGalaxy Tab 4 10.1I'm trying to find out if this will work with my Galaxy Tab 4 10.1? I got a wireless keyboard for Christmas but it will only connect USB not Bluetooth and this would be the cheaper option to get it to work.

- Answer You would need a splitter Hub to make that happen. I used to have one that I used on my Note 3 that I purchased from Staples. The USB hubs at Best Buy are far better, however. You can purchase Samsung hubs/Docks that will charge as you transfer and/or watch movies.

QuestionWill this work with the Galaxy Note 4 to a MHL HDTV adaptor?I purchased a Galaxy MHL 3.0 HDTV Adapter to transfer video from my phone to a TV so that I can use my phone's data when away from home. (Truck driver) When I purchased it, it said it was compatible with my phone, but after receiving it wouldn't transfer sound. When I read why, most of what I found out was that I needed an 11 pin adaptor? I'm not technologically up to date on these things so any helpful info would be appreciated.

- Answer The MHL 3.0 stands for USB 3.0. This adapter is designed to work with Samsung 2015 products that use both 3.0 and 2.0. Since you didn't say what phone you have I assume it means you only have a phone capable of usb 2.0. Thus a bottleneck and only half the information gets through.

- Answer Interesting question. I'd give it a shot. Since a card reader transfers data to a computer via USB, all you're doing is making it fit a micro USB. That charging port uses half contacts for charging, half for data. And since it syncs through there, that means it can issue or receive data through there. Should work

- Answer It would depend on your purpose more than anything. For transferring data from or to, yes. Streaming, would be iffy.
