You will probably have to call Best Buy to see if they have any in inventory. I purchased one about six months ago and it is on AT&T's NEXT payment program. There is not a huge difference between the note 5 and note 4. Since you have three months to go, you may just want to wait until Samsung releases the next note phone (August?) since the note 5 is almost a two year old phone.
