- Answer It usually doesn't. It's usually the other way around. Sprint charges you the price NOT including the rebates whereas Best Buy does the rebates for you and gives the price after all discounts. Assuming you're talking about upgrade/renew.

QuestionCan you talk & surf the web at the same time?With the new Samsung note edge 4, can you talk and surf the web at the same time? This feature was available on the note 3, and removed on the note 4.

- Answer Over cellular data, no. This is how newer phones across the board is now. They are making it to where only one antenna is running at a time. Until they implement voip, which seems to be what they are trying to lead to, it probably won't be possible for a while. That being said, if you are connected to wifi, then yes, you can talk and surf at the same time.

QuestionAnyone experienced dropped calls with the Note Edge from Sprint? I had to return mine for this reason alone.

- Answer Yes. I'm getting dropped calls at least once a day. Many times, its once a conversation. I always joke that the smarter the phone gets, the less the actual phone part of it works. My Galaxy Note Edge is the smartest phone I've had, but probably the worst phone talking I've had with the 20 years I've been with Sprint. A lot of static and a lot of dropped calls. I was thinking it was a Samsung thing, but maybe not. Kinda glad to hear someone else has had that problem. I have never asked anyone about it cuz I figure its too hard a thing to pinpoint why calls continue to drop. The blame game will happen. Maybe I will cash in on the Geeksquad plan from Best Buy to see if that fixes things. A lot of other quirky things with this phone too. I wish there was a fix for it.

- Answer This is basically a Note 4 + edge technology. The Note 5 is more like an iPhone 6 plus w/ a stylus. With the Note Edge, you still have the IR blaster, expandable memory (read accounts of people who said the phone supports 128 GB microSD card) & replaceable battery.

- Answer You can change a separate battery. They are somethimg like 7 to 20 bucks online when I've looked. The Best Buy Geeksquad plan offers a free battery if you need it.

- Answer Didn't Verizon end all contracts? Check in to that. I got mine at Best Buy. You can ask them as well. Basically you would be upgrading. Ask Verizon about the whole contract thing....then get it from Best Buy...
