Over cellular data, no. This is how newer phones across the board is now. They are making it to where only one antenna is running at a time. Until they implement voip, which seems to be what they are trying to lead to, it probably won't be possible for a while. That being said, if you are connected to wifi, then yes, you can talk and surf at the same time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Sprint SPARK-enabled devices are incapable of simultaneous data/voice. It is a hardware limitation with the device's transceiver antenna. It is a single channel chipset, so it can only do voice or data. The upside is that SPARK devices work much better on LTE than other LTE phones, even maintaining their LTE signal lock indoors. Most of the newer Sprint phones are going this way. Spark is their enhanced LTE network which offers data speeds 10x faster than LTE (coverage-dependent) and that change necessitated a different chipset.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you are with Sprint, you can not. It does not multi-task. The phones are on a network called Sprint Spark...which does not allow the normal, to happen.
