• It usually doesn't. It's usually the other way around. Sprint charges you the price NOT including the rebates whereas Best Buy does the rebates for you and gives the price after all discounts. Assuming you're talking about upgrade/renew.

• It was the same price as sprint store for me but I got mine on easy pay in stead of paying out right

• I did not find that the phone cost more than going to a Sprint store. I ended up buying my phone at Best Buy as the customer service at the Sprint corporate Store was terrible.
