QuestionI currently qualify for an upgrade on Verizon I pay $20 per month for my Samsung S5 would my monthly payment be $26.50 with this deal or $46.50? Thanks all

- Answer Is the $20 a phone payment or your monthly line access fee? I'm guessing it's the line access fee. If You purchase the Note 8, and your phone cost is $26.50 a month, plus $20 line access you, will be paying $46.50 plus taxes and fees. You may also have to pay, the $30 upgrade fee. Call Verizon before you purchase, inform them you are upgrading and would they please waive this fee. Ask them to notate this in their system... Because Best buy can't waive it.

QuestionLike many other people in the market right now I'm torn between the Pixel 2XL and the Note 8. Being that 100% of my time using the phone will include looking at the screen I'm inclined to do the Note 8. Simply put, that screen is king of the hill. Agree?

- Answer I recommend the note 8 its it huge and it does so much and it it just beautiful! The only downside is the battery. Which that is every androids issue. The battery never last long. Other than that the phone is great!

- Answer CDMA is a type of cellular network. The vzw note 8 does have this technology. It is Verizon's primary network.

- Answer This Bestbuy.com deal with Verizon does not ask for a trade in (unlike the deal on Samsung.com). Since you are eligible for an upgrade and want the Bestbuy.com deal just try to order on Bestbuy.com . The site will guide you to your options using Verizon rules for your account(e.g. if Verizon wants the old phones as trade in because your contract has not ended or it wants additional monies to pay off your contract early, etc.) if you don’t like any of the options offered then don’t agree to to purchase. I test the site all the time for my options before I make a purchase.

QuestionI understand the deal for Black Friday but I don't see anything about having to upgrade to Unlimited data as is required if you get it through My Verizon on the cell phone. Do you have to buy the unlimited plan to get the discount?

- Answer I went to Best Buy when they had the sale price $250 off I would definitely not go to Verizon because you're only be able to use the Verizon gift card for Verizon purchases if you're going to do the do the deal I would wait until maybe Black Friday or until Best Buy has another sale also Best Buy has The Geek Squad protection which is far better than Verizon's protection and at a lower cost

QuestionI am looking to but one of these but i drop my phone at least 10 times a day, will this phone by good for my "natural" idiotic behavior? Will it have a good battery life because my phone died in an hour and takes at least four hours to charge.

- Answer The battery life on the phone is great. After 14 hours of full use i normally have 50 percent battery left. As for dropping the phone...I can't attest to that...buy an otter box for it I guess!

Questionis the orchid gray look like purple ?

- Answer It is more like a dove grey. Frankly, I only see any hint of purple tones when it is alongside accessories that are decidedly lavender. I adore the device, but in most light I'm afraid the Orchid Grey almost looks like drab sort of taupe. With these glass panels, however, I personally always use a strong case anyway.

- Answer Only thing I will tell you is. Unlimited Beyond is what you will want +o get. the G0 plan has hotspot but only at 600 mgbs. Beyond has it at 15gb Limit then to 6OO mgbs after That.

- Answer I just called Verizon yesterday and told me to drop off my S7 Edge ( I don't have Note 8 yet due to ordering it in store) It could take 2 months to get the credit but they will give give the extra money back.

QuestionI was told the phone would be shipped Sept 15, the release date. However, Best Buy (phone on Verizon) says I won't get it until October 2, what's the deal? I typed in other zip codes and they get it the 15th, however, it's only my area that gets it Oct 2.

- Answer Just received an email for BestBuy notifying me that my Note 8 has been shipped and will arrive tomorrow. So it's almost 2 weeks early. Oct 2 was the date BestBuy told me initially also. Pleasantly surprised.

QuestionWill the Note8 connect and work correctly with all the Gear watches? I have 4 Gear watches from the S, S2, Classic, to the S3, have had no issues with the Note 5. I do not think there would be a problem with S3 but was concerned about the older watches.
