• A:Answer Hi! I am through sprint as well. You will pay your lease off at Best Buy if you choose to do so. Then you can go through Best Buy for another phone (lease or pay as you go). Either way you will have to pay your lease off.

• A:Answer Last time I tried, I had to call them and very specifically ask for the 2 year contract renewal deal. That being said...I think they are just switching over because it means they don't have to price the service (phone, data, etc.) and the phone into one price. They get to charge everyone specifically for what they are using (different amounts for the phone and different plans for the data).
