A:AnswerMost Bestbuy stores have a mobile center that will be able to add phones to your AT&T(or other carriers) account. You can purchase via payment plan that way. You can purchase the phone straight out and do the same or add at an AT&T.
A:AnswerNo you can't sorry for the bad news, the band that at&t uses is diferent from the one in verizon so there are phones made for verizon only that woks also in sprint and phones made only for at&t that also works with t-mobile.

A:AnswerI ran the same situation when I was looking online for my local Best Buy's instore availability. I ended up calling the store directly and they did have the phone model in stock. The only problem was they didn't have the color I was hoping for! I'd call your local Best Buy and ask!
