    • Answer With multiple tags yes. I have 4 tags total, two for one of each of my luggages, one for my friend's luggage, and one for my vehicle. Once connected to your phone under SmartThings you can see all locations of your tags. I've named mine specific to where they are and saved under favorites for easier access.

    • Answer Hello there, thank you for taking the opportunity to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2. There is no subscription needed in order to utilize the advertised Galaxy SmartTag2. The SmartTag2 utilizes the SmartThings Find network which consists of many other "findable" Galaxy devices that work as beacons by sending out signals. Once these beacons detect a signal from a device that is being sought out by its owner, they will relay that information to the SmartThings Find network; allowing you to see the approximate location of where your lost SmartTag 2 last transmitted its signal. Other Galaxy users that are participating in the SmartThings Find network help with updating your SmartTag2's location within the app. If you have any other questions for us, please let us know by reaching out to Support.     • Answer Good day Deanad, thank you for finding the free time out of your busy day to ask us your questions about the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2. Those are some great questions! If after 500 days and/or your battery has been depleted, the battery is able to be replaced on the Galaxy SmartTag2. Also, be sure to turn off the device before removing the battery. If you remove the battery with the device turned on, it may cause the device to malfunction. You are also able to turn off the SmartTag2 when you choose.
