A:AnswerGood question. Real GPS uses satellites, and does not need wi-fi (like those portable gps gizmos one can buy). I just bought this tablet 'cause specs said it has GPS. But if it's only "online," that's not GPS. That's just Google maps or whatever, with an app. That is NOT gps. I need to find that out & return this tablet if it doesn't have REAL gps.
