Yes. I used an app call myphotos+ that allowed me to use my own picture. It didn't allow me to customize my icon. Still its better than nothing. Download in the Galaxy Wearable app.

Then on the watch go to the gallery application, select the image, and set it as your watch-face. Your photo should now show as your watch-face with a simple digital clock. On the galaxy watch app store you also have the option to use a third party application like Facer to create a more customized watch-face using any picture of your choice.
