• Go to www.samsungpromotions.com/galaxywatch. Follow the directions. All pre orders are eligible for most retailers. I bought mine from Best Buy and was approved about a week after.

• On samsung.com it tells you under the terms and conditions what you must do to get the free watch band. You have to purchase it between a certain time frame

• I assume that is only available through the Samsung website. I was hoping to see it on Best Buy too, but didn't.
