“Apps not Working Bought the watch about a month ago. Up until the other day, when i brought the watch to a position where i could read the time, it flashed on. Now, it doesn't, i have to press the button on the side to bring up the time. And, the heart rate app doesn't work at all. is there something i can do to fix the problems, or do i have to take it back and get the fixed or demand a new one. And do i have to expect other apps will shortly not work.”

If your device isn't showing the time when you flip your wrist to read the time. Make sure wake up gesture is one. To check go to settings, display, wake up gesture on. As for the heart rate make sure you are not moving and the watch is secure on your wrist not too lose.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a setting that allows you to choose what happens when you move your hand to the watch viewing position. Under settings, display, wake-up gesture you can choose Off, Clock, or Last Viewed Screen. Make sure Clock is selected.
