• You don't need a cell phone service provider to connect. It connects via GPS

• No it does not matter who your provider is. The fitbit will connect via bluetooth

• No u just have to down load the right app for ur watch on ur phone and it will work just fine.

• It doesn't matter what carrier you have. The Gear S and S2 3G are the ones that require a specific carrier. As they are considered mobile phones.
