I'm very picky about this so the fact it works for me is a big recommendation on this front :) No, it doesn't do blood pressure, but it's fairly accurate for heart rate. If you're doing some type of interval training (sprint or intense workout for 30 seconds followed by a cool down...then repeat), then it's terrible at pulse rate. But for a steady jog or for sitting around the house, it does OK with heart rate but still no blood pressure from this or any watch I've seen.
