How can I determine if I should get a small or a large? null

You need to measure the circumference of your wrist. 4.9" - 6.7" is small and 6.1" - 8.3" is large. There is a little overlap between the two sizes, I'd say if you're 6" or more, you should go large.

I have pretty small wrists. 6 inches around. They only offered a free large when I upgraded and I was afraid it would be too big, but it wasn't. I have it on the next to the last hole. I wear it about an inch or so above the end of my wrist. It would still fit if I wore it lower. Hope that helps

I had to measure my wrist and compare to the product descriptions for large and small sizes. They have ranges posted.

If you go on their website (the manufacturers) there is a printable sizing chart. It is very accurate. Being a female I figured a small would be fine, but I am glad I ordered the large! Hope this helps!
