Is the Gear Fit 2 works with the NIKE+ App? null

No, Nike pulled their apps from the Gear app store when they made the Apple watch Nike version. Don't know if it will come back. Gear Fit is the best exercise app for the watch.

Yes. It is actually one of the recommended apps on the S Health app once that is synced. (You don't have to use S Health just to use Nike+) This may go for all fitness watches, but I was not impressed that my run on a treadmill was pointless with the Nike app. Not sure if that is the app's problem or the watch's.
